The cleaning lady at work commented on my body once, saying I should go to the gym (which I already was). I immediately told her she needed to go eat because she was too skinny. I told her that she maybe should try the gym since she liked talking about it so much. 🙊 It felt like an ugly thing to say but she deserved it. She never body shamed me again.🤣

I think chubbier women as much as I love them tend to assume that skinnier women ‘eat anything’ and that is not true. I would actually like to talk about the insane discipline fit and skinny women have but I know that’s not a comfortable conversation to have because we ‘have it easy.’
